Tofurky Deli Slices

These Deli Slices are fan-freakin-tastic, I keep the packages at my work and make sandwiches out of them pretty much every day. Sometimes if I am wanting to feel a little Tony Soprano, I will peel myself off a piece and mow it down as I am walking through the kitchen.

They have so many varieties I am always finding myself devouring the different flavors without bread just to experience the subtle varieties. There is also something about the texture and consistency which seems more ‘real’ - although, I wouldn’t know, I have never eaten meat.
