How you stack up . . .
Below is a listing of all of the potential health levels which you could have been assigned by the quiz, don't be offended, the quiz very scientific! |
| |
|
 |
Raw Foodist
Raw foodist have the most strict diets on the planet. They do not cook their food or heat it above certain tempatures. This is by far the healthiest diet one could have, however a little radical for most people.
You have to be a little whacko to be a raw foodist, lets not kid ourselves! |

 |
Strict Vegan
Strict Vegans don't eat anything from animals, that includes the flesh, the milk or even the honey that bees produce. This is an extremely strict diet, for example, they won't eat bread if it has eggs or milk in it - that means no breads, croutons, cakes, chips that have any dairy products in them.
Tough things to to avoid and a very difficult lifestyle unless you live in metropolitan cities like New York, LA or the Bay Area. |

|
 |
Chill Vegan
Chill Vegans are halfway in between Strict Vegan and Vegetarian. A Chill Vegan won't eat eggs, or drink the milk of a cow or eat a block of cheese - however, they won't flip if their pasta is cooked with eggs, or if some parmesian sprinkles get on their salad.
In fact, Chill Vegans range from "Very Chill" (eat cheese pizza if they are feeling 'chill') to "Not So Chill" (won't drink a smoothie if it has a little milk in it) - the level of "Chillness" varies from situation to situation and person to person. |

Vegetarian
The only dietary restriction that Vegetarians have is that they do not eat the Flesh of Animals. They drink milk, eat eggs, eat cheese - dairy is fair game. Vegetarians do not eat Chicken, Fish, Beef or the shredded carcus of any animal including seafood like clams, oysters or any shellfish.
Dead Flesh is Dead Flesh, and vegetarians don't eat dead flesh. So if you EVER eat dead flesh, you are not a vegetarian - you can't be a vegetarian "some of the time" - it is a lifestyle. |

Almost Vegetarian
A lot of people are moving toward a vegetarian diet, eliminating Red Meat like Pigs and Cows from their dinner plate. This is obviously a good decision, however they still choose to eat fish and poultry. Some of these people think that they are vegetarian, when in fact they are not.
There are also some ingredients that are not Vegetarian that people eat unknowingly, like sardines in traditional Caesar dressing. |

|
 |
Conscientious Meat Eater
There are some people who are starting to realize that Animals feel pain and suffer just like Humans. Therefore they don't eat advanced mamals like pigs and cows or horses or dogs, but they will still eat a chicken or a turkey. Its still flesh, and it still suffers when it is slaughtered.
Nonetheless, the first step to moving beyond a diet that inflicts suffering on other beings is beign conscious of it. |

Meat and Potatoes American
Most Americans will eat pretty much whatever you put in front of them. Pigs, Cows, Lobsters, Baby Cows, Deer, Chickens, Turkeys - it does not matter, if it tastes good to them and it feels slick to their tongue they will throw some seasoning on it and eat it up with out thinking too much about what they have consumed. There diet is not strict at all and they are obese and have to deal with heart disease.

 |
Junk Food Bandit
Then there are those who exercise no discretion whatsoever when it comes to the food that they eat. They will eat the dead flesh of any animal, eat junk food, refined sugars, saturated fats and anything else that they can find at the local quicky mart. These people have little hope of living a healthy and vital life and are very likely to be in the 50% of Americans who die of Heart Disease. |
